For collectors

An MTG collection tracker that knows every copy you own.

A card name is not a collection. CardTradeMate keeps every copy of your Magic: The Gathering cards on its own — language, condition, finish, where it is stored and what it really cost you — and puts your decks right next to it.

Every copy, not just a card name

Most collection apps count "4× Lightning Bolt". CardTradeMate knows that two of them are English near mint from the same order, one is a German foil and one is played and sits in the trade binder.

  • Language, condition and finish per copy — foils never mixed up with non-foils.
  • Storage locations for binders and boxes, set per order or per card.
  • Where it came from: every copy keeps the order or booster it came from.
  • Real cost: shipping and fees of an order are spread over its cards, so the price is what you actually paid.
  • Card data and images from Scryfall, sets and printings always current.

Get your collection in without typing it twice

Start with what you have. Orders from Cardmarket come in with one click, older collections from a CSV file.

  • Cardmarket purchases through the browser add-on or Cardmarket's CSV export.
  • ManaBox and other CSV files with a preview before anything is saved.
  • By hand for single cards, trades and gifts.
  • From a deck list: import a deck and mark the cards you already own — they go straight into the inventory.

Build decks next to the cards you own

The deck builder checks every card against your collection, so you see at a glance what you can sleeve up tonight and what you still have to buy.

  • Owned or missing, card by card, matched against every copy you have.
  • Format rules checked as you build: deck size, singleton, color identity, banned cards and partners for Commander.
  • Import and export with Moxfield, Archidekt, MTG Arena, MTGO and TappedOut.
  • Missing cards as a Cardmarket wants list, ready to paste.
  • Mana curve, colors, types and tokens — and a link to share the deck.

Sealed product and booster openings

Track booster boxes, displays and precons, then open them inside CardTradeMate: type in the pulls and the price of the booster is spread over the cards you opened.

  • Sealed products from MTGJSON — boosters, displays, Commander decks.
  • Openings with a result: what you paid against what came out of it.
  • Set reports show how far along a set you are and which cards are still missing.
Questions

Collectors ask

More in the guides, or on the page for traders if you also sell.

Can I track foils, languages and conditions separately?

Yes. Every copy is its own entry with language, condition and finish, so a German near-mint foil and an English played copy of the same card never get mixed up.

Can I import my collection from ManaBox or a spreadsheet?

Yes. CSV files from ManaBox and other apps can be imported, as well as Cardmarket orders through the add-on or Cardmarket's own CSV export. Single cards can also be entered by hand.

Do I have to sell cards to use CardTradeMate?

No. Collector accounts get the inventory, decks, booster openings and reports without any selling tools. You can switch to a trader account in the settings at any time.

Which deck formats does the deck builder check?

Decks are checked against the format rules as you build – deck size, singleton, color identity, banned cards and partners for Commander. Deck lists can be imported from Moxfield, Archidekt, MTG Arena, MTGO and TappedOut.

Is it free?

Yes. Free includes 15 orders a month with the full inventory and deck builder. Premium (1.99 € a month) removes the limit and adds sealed products and groups.
