Sell Magic cards on Cardmarket and know what each sale made.
Cardmarket shows you revenue. CardTradeMate shows you profit: every sale matched to what you paid for that exact copy, with shipping, commission and refunds included — plus price rules, a picking list and invoices for the work around it.
Every order in, purchases and sales
On a Cardmarket order page, one click on the add-on brings the whole order into CardTradeMate — with everything Cardmarket otherwise spreads across several pages.
- Shipping, sales commission and trustee fee carried over and spread across the positions.
- Refunds included, together with the card they applied to.
- The order lists mark which orders are already imported.
- Re-importing never overwrites corrections you made in CardTradeMate.
- No add-on? Cardmarket's CSV exports work too.
Profit from what you actually paid
A card bought for 5.99 € and sold for 6.42 € did not make 0.43 € if shipping, commission and a partial refund are part of the story. CardTradeMate does the arithmetic per copy.
- First in, first out: each sale is matched to the oldest copy you still have.
- Cost per copy includes its share of the purchase's shipping and fees.
- Net sale price after commission and refunds.
- Monthly profit and loss, revenue, and the profit of every single sale.
- Booster openings: the price of an opened booster becomes the cost of its pulls.
Price with your own rules, right on Cardmarket
The add-on reads the offers on the product page you have open and compares only what is comparable — same language, condition and finish, sellers from the countries you choose.
- Price rules based on the cheapest comparable offer, the trend or the averages.
- Never below your floor: minimum prices per card type, or never below what you paid plus the commission.
- Your purchase price shown next to the listing, with the date and a link to the card.
- Change the suggested price before you list — the rule is a suggestion, not a robot.
- Top up and reprice articles you already sell.
Pick, pack and invoice
Paid orders turn into a picking list grouped by order, with the storage location of every card. Invoices come out as PDF with your own sender details.
- Picking list for all paid orders, with storage locations.
- PDF invoices with your address and numbering.
- Groups: several people share one inventory and one set of price rules.
How does CardTradeMate calculate profit?
Each sold copy is matched to the copy you bought first (first in, first out). Its cost includes its share of the shipping and fees of the purchase. The sale price counts after commission and refunds, so the profit per sale is what you actually made.
Which Cardmarket fees are included?
Shipping, sales commission and the trustee fee are carried over from the Cardmarket order and spread across its positions. Refunds are imported together with the card they applied to.
Does it connect to my Cardmarket account?
No. There is no API connection and no server acting in your name. The browser add-on works inside the Cardmarket pages you open yourself, with your own session, and only talks to Cardmarket and to CardTradeMate.
Does it post listings on its own?
No. The add-on suggests a price from your rules and fills in Cardmarket's own sell form in your browser. You see the price, can change it, and decide what gets listed.
Is it accounting or tax software?
No. CardTradeMate gives you profit per sale, monthly figures and invoices, which makes bookkeeping easier — but it does not replace an accountant or tax advice.
What is included in Free and what in Premium?
Free includes imports, the inventory and profit for 15 orders a month. Premium (1.99 € a month) removes the limit and adds price rules on Cardmarket, your purchase price next to listings, PDF invoices, sealed products and groups.
Import one order and watch it land
No payment details needed. Bring in a single Cardmarket order or a CSV file and see every copy appear with its language, condition, finish and cost.
